Shipping Prices: When ordering online, shipping prices will automatically be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your cart. For orders that total 150 lbs. or less, UPS rates and options will be shown. Orders weighing more than 150 lbs. must be shipped by truck.

International Orders: Orders shipped outside of the United States are required to include a copy of the invoice on the outside of the box. The buyer is responsible for any customs or other fees.

Custom Orders: Special Orders are on a one-to-one basis and cannot be returned or cancelled. All Special Orders are charged at the time the order is placed.

Damaged in Shipping: If your On-Site Wireless order is damaged in shipping and is not usable, please follow these steps to insure that the damaged matter is replaced at no cost:

• Save all packing materials, including damaged carton or envelope for inspection by the shipping agent.
• Contact us and let us know the situation at office@on-sitewireless.com
• Identify the shipping agent and take the necessary action described below.

UPS (United Parcel Service)

Call UPS IMMEDIATELY at 608-262-5153 or 1-800-991-5534. We will have UPS pick up the damaged package and make arrangements for replacing the damaged materials.

Return Policy

We think you will be very happy with our products. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product you may return it for a refund or credit provided it has not been used and is in “like new” condition. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns: **ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER - You need to email to get one.** General returns must be made within seven (7) days of receiving (signed for, or delivery) date (with the exception of Holidays). All returns must be pre-paid shipping. In the event of a return, we will credit you the full amount of the item(s), however shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned item(s) must be returned in the in the original packaging as originally shipped. Special Orders, non-stocked items, and clearance items are not returnable.
